Job Description

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Entry Level Google Administrative Partner to join our team in Colorado Springs. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the efficient operation of our administrative functions, specifically leveraging Google Workspace tools. You will provide essential support, manage schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure seamless information flow within various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings efficiently using Google Calendar.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documents in Google Drive, ensuring proper access controls and versioning.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports for team members.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, drafting professional emails and correspondence.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, performing research and data compilation.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings and webinars using Google Meet, including setup and technical support.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
