Job Description
Join Capgemini as a Google Records Clerk – High Accuracy Admin, a vital remote role ensuring the meticulous management and organization of digital records within Google’s ecosystem. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to data integrity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for categorizing, filing, retrieving, and maintaining various digital documents and data, playing a crucial part in supporting operational efficiency and compliance. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute from anywhere within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately categorize, index, and store digital records using Google Workspace tools and other proprietary systems.
- Perform regular audits of digital records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established protocols.
- Manage record retention schedules and facilitate the secure disposition of outdated or non-essential information.
- Respond to requests for information and records promptly and efficiently, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their record-keeping needs and implement effective solutions.
- Identify and report discrepancies or issues with record-keeping systems and processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of record management policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry, record keeping, or administrative support.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High degree of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced record management software or database systems.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
