Key Responsibilities

- Train new student associates on warehouse safety protocols and operational best practices.
- Monitor productivity and quality metrics, providing feedback and support to team members.
- Assist in resolving minor operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior management.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing all company safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Accurately complete documentation and reports related to daily operations.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational setting.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience, even in an unofficial capacity.
- Experience using warehouse management systems or handheld scanners.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
