Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Customer Review Classifier to join our dynamic customer insights team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately categorizing and analyzing customer feedback from various channels using sentiment analysis techniques. Your work will directly contribute to our understanding of customer satisfaction, identify emerging trends, and highlight areas for product and service improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Read, understand, and accurately classify customer reviews and feedback into predefined categories.
  • Apply sentiment analysis techniques to assess the emotional tone (positive, negative, neutral) of customer comments.
  • Identify key themes, common issues, and trending topics within customer feedback data.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and consistency in classification.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and product teams to provide qualitative insights from classified data.
  • Contribute to the refinement of classification guidelines and sentiment analysis models.
  • Report on classification trends and anomalies to support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills

  • Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills in English.
