Job Description
Join MRV as a Real Estate Marketing Flyer Distributor and become a key part of our outreach efforts in Belo Horizonte. This active, outdoor role involves distributing marketing materials directly to potential customers within designated walking routes. You will be the face of MRV in the community, helping to raise awareness about our latest real estate projects and driving interest in our properties. This position requires physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to representing our brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute marketing flyers and promotional materials for MRV's real estate developments in targeted residential and commercial areas.
- Walk extensive routes daily, ensuring efficient and widespread distribution of materials.
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing basic information about properties when asked.
- Identify and report on high-traffic areas and effective distribution points.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while representing MRV.
- Adhere to all company guidelines and local regulations regarding flyer distribution.
- Provide daily reports on distribution progress and feedback received.
