Job Description
Join our vibrant team in Bath as a Google Play Store Support Agent! In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for Google Play users, resolving a wide array of inquiries exclusively through chat and ticket systems. We’re looking for individuals with excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for technology. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to Google Play Store issues via chat and ticketing platforms.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with app downloads, purchases, subscriptions, and account management.
- Provide accurate, empathetic, and timely solutions, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on Google Play Store policies, features, and common issues to provide informed support.
