Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated TV Wall Mount Installer to join our professional installation team in the Headington, Oxford area. This role requires an individual with a strong technical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to precision and safety. You will be responsible for the safe and secure installation of various types of televisions onto walls, ensuring optimal viewing angles and seamless cable management. A full set of personal tools suitable for wall mounting tasks is required for this position. This is a high-pay opportunity for experienced and reliable installers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site surveys to assess customer needs and determine the best mounting solutions.
- Safely and securely install a variety of TV wall mounts (fixed, tilt, full-motion) according to manufacturer specifications and best practices.
- Perform accurate measurements, drilling, and secure fastening to various wall types (plasterboard, brick, concrete, etc.).
- Conceal cables neatly within walls or using appropriate cable management solutions.
- Calibrate televisions and connect all associated audio-visual equipment.
- Educate customers on TV features, basic operation, and remote control usage.
- Ensure a clean and tidy work environment, removing all debris and packaging after installation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards during every installation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every job.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in TV wall mounting and AV installation.
- Possession of a comprehensive set of professional tools required for wall mounting (drills, stud finders, levelers, screwdrivers, etc.).
- Strong technical understanding of TV mounting principles and safety standards.
- Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different installation challenges.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Physical fitness to lift and maneuver heavy televisions and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in AV installation or electronics.
- Prior experience working in a customer-facing field service role.
- Knowledge of smart home integration and basic networking.
- Full UK driving license with a clean record.
