Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Google Training Coordinator to join our Corporate Education team in Belfast. This role is central to our commitment to upskilling our workforce and ensuring optimal utilization of Google Workspace and other Google-affiliated tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and supporting a variety of training programs, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience for all participants. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for corporate learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule Google Workspace and other corporate education training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Manage training logistics, including venue booking (for hybrid/on-site sessions), virtual platform setup, and participant registration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for trainers and participants regarding schedules, materials, and technical support.
- Maintain and update training calendars, resources, and attendance records.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, pre-reads, and post-training surveys.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external Google trainers to ensure training content aligns with organizational needs.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and compiling feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support the onboarding of new employees with essential Google tool training.
- Manage and track training budgets and expenses related to Google corporate education programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new training initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training coordination or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving aptitude and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or training platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating training programs for a large, global organization.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
- Certification in Google Workspace administration or specific Google tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting on training metrics.
