Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Google Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, open to candidates anywhere in the USA, dedicated to providing exceptional support to users of various Google products and services. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving their issues, answering their questions, and ensuring a positive experience with Google. Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and solutions comprehensively in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Google product features, services, and support policies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication in all customer interactions.
