Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Netflix Marketer with a keen focus on digital performance to join our dynamic team in Midtown Manhattan. In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for one of the world’s leading entertainment platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, search, display) for Netflix content.
  • Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and generate regular reports on key metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI).
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research on industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practices in digital performance marketing.
  • Support the optimization of ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics, client services) to ensure seamless campaign delivery and reporting.
  • Contribute to presentations and proposals for clients, articulating campaign insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with Netflix content releases, marketing initiatives, and the broader streaming landscape.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
