Job Description
Are you passionate about TikTok and the world of digital content creation? Do you have an eye for trending content and a knack for organization? Brave Bison is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic roster of TikTok creators. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to break into the creator economy, with comprehensive paid training provided. As a 100% remote role, you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on the success of our creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist TikTok creators with content scheduling and publishing across platforms.
- Monitor comments and DMs, engaging with the audience and escalating queries as needed.
- Conduct research on trending sounds, challenges, hashtags, and competitor content on TikTok.
- Provide basic video editing support, such as sourcing stock footage, adding captions, or simple cuts.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) like views, engagement rates, and follower growth.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support creator operations and project management.
- Collaborate closely with creator managers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest TikTok features, trends, and platform best practices.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable strong interest and active presence on TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, DaVinci Resolve).
- Experience engaging with online communities or managing social media accounts.
- A personal portfolio showcasing understanding of social media content creation.
