Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cloakroom Attendant to join our dynamic team for evening shifts. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests as they arrive and depart from our high-profile events, restaurants, and bars. You will be the first and last point of contact for many, playing a key role in maintaining our reputation for impeccable service and contributing to the elegant atmosphere of our establishment. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with storing and retrieving their personal belongings, including coats, bags, and umbrellas.
- Issue and manage cloakroom tickets accurately to ensure efficient and error-free retrieval.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the cloakroom area at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide directions or information about the hotel's facilities.
- Ensure the security of all stored items, adhering strictly to company protocols.
- Assist with any ad-hoc guest requests or support other departments as needed during busy periods.
- Operate within health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
