Job Description

Are you a driven and ambitious individual with a knack for persuasion? Concentrix is seeking an Outbound Sales Professional to join our dynamic team in Kanata. This high-earning role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals ready to make an impact, develop strong client relationships, and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
  • Present product/service solutions to potential customers, highlighting key benefits.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN selling, Challenger Sale).

  • Previous experience in a contact center environment.
