Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Lead Qualifier to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for engaging them in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and qualifying their interest in our innovative solutions. Your primary goal will be to identify high-potential leads and seamlessly transfer them to our expert sales team. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists.
- Engage prospects in polite and professional conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Effectively communicate Salesforce's value proposition and initial solutions.
- Ask targeted questions to qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Accurately record and update prospect information in our CRM system.
- Seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
- Adhere to call scripts and company guidelines while maintaining a natural conversational flow.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
