Job Description
Join our team as an Online Content Reviewer and play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure online environment within the Google Ecosystem. This is a secure work-from-home position where you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, ensuring compliance with platform policies, and contributing to the integrity of online communities. You will apply critical thinking and excellent judgment to identify and address sensitive content across various mediums. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content (images, videos, text) according to established guidelines and policies within the Google Ecosystem.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates terms of service, including hate speech, misinformation, graphic content, and other prohibited materials.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation decisions.
- Escalate complex cases to senior reviewers or specialized teams as needed.
- Provide feedback on content policies and tools to improve review processes.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to make consistent, objective decisions based on complex guidelines.
- Comfortable working with sensitive and potentially disturbing content.
- Proficiency in using web browsers and basic computer applications.
