Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues and concerns.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer data and privacy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, food service).
  • Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
