Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Google Customer Liaison for a 100% remote position, focused exclusively on written support. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Google users seeking assistance with various products and services, resolving their queries and issues through email, chat, and internal ticketing systems. This is a crucial role for individuals who excel in clear, concise, and empathetic written communication, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our diverse user base. You will work independently to investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical and non-technical problems, escalating complex issues when necessary, while maintaining Google’s high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional written customer support via email and chat for Google products and services.
  • Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly within internal systems.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams with clear and concise summaries.
  • Stay updated on product changes, new features, and support best practices.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and empathetic communication.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve support efficiency.
