Job Description

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and versatile Hospitality All-Rounder to join our team in New Port Richey, Florida. This role is ideal for an energetic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to various aspects of hotel operations. As an All-Rounder, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing outstanding guest service, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. You will gain valuable experience across different departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and general maintenance support. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage reservations, answer phones, and handle guest correspondence efficiently.
  • Assist with housekeeping duties, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Support food and beverage operations, including setting up breakfast, restocking items, and assisting guests in dining areas.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks and report any significant issues to the maintenance team.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all hotel policies and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
  • Operate hotel software systems and point-of-sale terminals.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
