Job Description
Accenture Song is seeking a passionate and talented Junior Netflix Designer with a User Interface focus to join our dynamic team in New Port Richey, FL. In this entry-level role, you will contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge user interfaces for our clients in the streaming entertainment sector, with a particular emphasis on projects related to the Netflix ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to work on highly visible projects, learn from experienced designers, and make a tangible impact on the future of digital entertainment experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior designers and product managers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various UI elements across different platforms (web, mobile, TV).
- Translate conceptual ideas into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interface designs.
- Participate in user research activities, including usability testing and feedback analysis.
- Ensure design consistency by adhering to established brand guidelines and design systems.
- Present design concepts and solicit feedback from internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging UI/UX best practices.
- Prepare design assets and specifications for development teams.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with visual design elements (typography, color, layout).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Understanding of streaming platform UI/UX patterns and conventions.
- Prior internship or project experience in UI design.
- A compelling online portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.
