Job Description
Join IBM as a Legal Inquiry AI Evaluator and play a pivotal role in refining our next-generation AI solutions tailored for legal professionals. Key Responsibilities

- Provide clear, constructive feedback to AI engineering and research teams on model performance, identifying patterns of errors or biases.

- Participate in quality assurance processes, contributing to the development of robust evaluation metrics and guidelines.
- Stay informed about advancements in AI, natural language processing (NLP), and legal technology to continuously improve evaluation strategies.
