Job Description
We are seeking highly detail-oriented and perceptive individuals to join our team as Micro-Expression Data Labelers for Emotion Detection AI. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately identifying, categorizing, and annotating micro-expressions and subtle emotional cues in video and image data. Your work will directly contribute to the training and improvement of advanced AI models designed for emotion recognition, impacting various applications from healthcare to customer experience. This position requires exceptional observational skills, consistency, and a deep understanding of human facial expressions and emotional nuances.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately identify and label micro-expressions (e.g., fleeting smiles, eyebrow raises, lip presses) and other non-verbal emotional cues in video and image datasets.
- Categorize emotional states and intensities based on established guidelines and a detailed taxonomy.
- Utilize proprietary annotation tools to mark and segment data with high precision and consistency.
- Maintain strict adherence to data labeling standards and quality control protocols.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve labeling guidelines and tools.
- Collaborate with project managers and AI engineers to ensure data quality meets model requirements.
- Participate in regular calibration sessions to ensure inter-rater reliability.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly labeling quotas.
