Job Description
Are you passionate about making vehicles look their best? Halfords is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Mobile Headlight Restoration Technicians. This gig involves traveling to customer locations in and around Plymouth to provide professional headlight restoration services, enhancing vehicle safety and aesthetics. You will be responsible for restoring faded, yellowed, and hazy headlights to their original clarity, using specialized tools and techniques. This is a fantastic opportunity for self-starters who enjoy working independently and providing a valuable service directly to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer homes or workplaces within the designated service area in Plymouth and surrounding Devon regions.
- Assess the condition of vehicle headlights and explain the restoration process to customers.
- Perform professional headlight restoration, including cleaning, sanding, polishing, and sealing, to a high standard.
- Utilize specialized tools and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Manage appointments and scheduling to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate service records.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with the restoration results.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company standards.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving license and access to reliable transportation.
