Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly and managing their initial queries, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assisting customers in selecting the perfect frames and lenses to suit their needs and style.
- Scheduling eye test appointments and managing patient records with accuracy.
- Performing pre-screening tests using optical equipment, under supervision, and explaining procedures to patients.
- Adjusting and fitting spectacles to ensure comfort and proper vision for customers.
- Processing payments, handling cash, and maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
- Providing expert advice on contact lenses, lens options, and general eye care.
- Working collaboratively with Optometrists and other team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the practice.
- Engaging in continuous learning and professional development opportunities provided by Specsavers.

Preferred Qualifications
