Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally polished and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our prestigious clientele and visitors at our Pomona location. This role is crucial in upholding Tiffany & Co.’s reputation for luxury and outstanding service, ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and sophistication of our brand. The ideal candidate will possess a warm, welcoming demeanor, exceptional organizational skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients, visitors, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently and taking accurate messages.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and reflective of our luxury brand standards at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with client inquiries and provide general information about our products and services.
  • Manage conference room bookings and ensure readiness for meetings.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in all communications and tasks.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Impeccable professional presentation and etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a high-end corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and office management software.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
