Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the setup, optimization, and reporting features of Google Ads.
  • Troubleshoot common issues related to campaign performance, billing, and account access.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior support or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, policies, and best practices through continuous training.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and share knowledge with colleagues.
