Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Telemedicine Chatbot Validator to join our innovative remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously testing and validating the accuracy, safety, and conversational flow of our AI-powered telemedicine chatbots. Your work will directly impact the quality and reliability of the healthcare advice and information provided to millions of users globally. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Rigorously test chatbot responses for medical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established protocols.
- Identify and report discrepancies, errors, and potential safety concerns in chatbot dialogues.
- Provide constructive feedback and detailed bug reports to the AI development and clinical teams.
- Participate in iterative testing cycles, ensuring improvements are effectively implemented and validated.
- Collaborate with medical experts to understand clinical guidelines and integrate them into validation processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of chatbot logic and conversational design.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, results, and feedback.
