Job Description

The Waxing Specialist Assistant role at The Waxing House Norwich offers an incredible opportunity for a highly motivated individual to learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms according to strict hygiene standards before and after each client.
- Assist senior waxing specialists with client preparation and during waxing procedures as needed.
- Greet clients warmly, manage bookings, and ensure a comfortable waiting experience.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-waxing care, product recommendations, and upcoming services.
- Maintain inventory of waxing products and supplies, ensuring timely reordering.
- Process payments and manage client records accurately.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the salon.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs.
