Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our dynamic team in Didcot. This is an ongoing, full-time position working Monday to Friday, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the manufacturing process of world-class products. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency on the production line, working within a supportive and safety-conscious environment. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent entry point for individuals eager to start a career in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line following standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with packing and preparing finished goods for dispatch.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
