Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Career Development Aide with an HR Tech focus to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote role involves supporting the Career Development and HR Technology initiatives within Google. You will play a crucial part in maintaining and optimizing our HR systems, assisting with data management, and contributing to the smooth operation of career development programs. This position is ideal for someone passionate about the intersection of technology and human resources, eager to learn, and contribute to a world-class organization from anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of HR technology platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Support the data integrity efforts across various HR systems, performing regular audits and updates.
- Help coordinate and schedule career development workshops, training sessions, and internal mobility programs.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR tech utilization and career development program effectiveness.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees regarding HR tech tools and career resources.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements.
- Research and analyze HR technology trends and best practices to identify potential improvements.
- Manage documentation for HR tech processes and career development guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and principles.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
