Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders with accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners.
- Packing orders carefully to ensure safe delivery, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Receiving and processing new stock, ensuring items are correctly stored.
- Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Operating safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily productivity targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, lifting, and carrying for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 15 kg.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Basic computer literacy.
