Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Google Ad Content Reviewer, specializing in marketing compliance. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing Google Ads content to ensure strict adherence to Google’s advertising policies, local regulations, and marketing compliance standards. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and effective advertising ecosystem for users and advertisers alike. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of policy guidelines, and the ability to make consistent and accurate judgments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Google Ads content, including text, images, and videos, against established advertising policies and guidelines.
- Identify and escalate potential violations of marketing compliance, legal, and ethical standards.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate feedback on ad content to advertisers where necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving advertising policies, industry trends, and local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent application of policies.
- Participate in calibration sessions and training to enhance review accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base development.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of online advertising principles and Google Ads policies.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in content moderation, advertising review, or compliance.
- Familiarity with marketing ethics and regulatory frameworks in the UK or internationally.
- Experience working with large-scale data sets or content management systems.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
