Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe dictated medical reports from various healthcare professionals into accurate written documents.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting of all transcribed medical records.

- Proofread and edit transcribed documents for grammatical errors, spelling, and punctuation.
- Clarify any discrepancies or unclear dictations with appropriate parties, as needed.
- Manage transcription workflow efficiently to meet deadlines and turnaround times.
- Maintain proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmaceutical terms.
- Utilize transcription software and equipment effectively from a home office setting.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM with high accuracy.
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
