Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Obstetrics and Gynecology Doctor to join our esteemed team at Billings Clinic in Billings, MT. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated physician to provide comprehensive care to women throughout all stages of life, from adolescence through menopause and beyond. The successful candidate will manage pregnancies, deliveries, and a wide range of gynecological conditions, contributing to our mission of delivering world-class healthcare. Key Responsibilities
- Provide full scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
- Perform gynecological examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of conditions.
- Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures relevant to OB/GYN practice.
- Perform surgical procedures including C-sections, hysterectomies, and other gynecological surgeries.
- Manage high-risk pregnancies and gynecological emergencies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.
Required Skills
- Medical Doctor (MD/DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid state medical license or ability to obtain one in Montana.
- Demonstrated expertise in both obstetrics and gynecology.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty (e.g., Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility).
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly Epic.
- A track record of community involvement or leadership roles.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
