Job Description
Are you passionate about cutting-edge digital entertainment and providing exceptional customer experiences? T-Mobile is seeking an enthusiastic and driven ‘Online Netflix Executive – Sales & Support focus’ to join our dynamic team. In this 100% remote role, you will be a pivotal point of contact for customers, assisting them with their Netflix-related inquiries, managing accounts, and identifying opportunities to enhance their digital entertainment experience through T-Mobile’s offerings. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, sales savviness, and top-tier customer service skills to ensure our customers fully leverage their streaming benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for T-Mobile customers regarding Netflix-related services and promotions.
- Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and resolution for Netflix account and service inquiries.
- Educate customers on existing and new T-Mobile promotions and features related to streaming services, including Netflix.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to upgrade services or introduce complementary T-Mobile products.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate billing and service configuration for streaming benefits.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and efficient communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on Netflix service updates, T-Mobile product changes, and industry trends to provide informed support and advice.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or technical support role, preferably within telecommunications or streaming services.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales or retention targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and general office applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with T-Mobile's product ecosystem and wireless services.
- Previous experience with streaming platform support (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Disney+).
