Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Spa Receptionist to join our esteemed team for the night shift. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and serene operation of our luxury Marine Spa during quieter hours, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the tranquil ambiance our spa is known for. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all spa guest arrivals and departures during the night shift, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Handle spa treatment bookings, cancellations, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Provide comprehensive information about spa services, facilities, and promotions to guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
- Perform end-of-day procedures, cash-ups, and prepare for the next day's operations.
- Address guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with light administrative tasks and ensure all spa amenities are stocked.
- Monitor security and safety protocols during the night shift, escalating issues as necessary.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a luxury or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night hours.
- A genuine passion for wellness and guest satisfaction.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a hotel or spa receptionist, particularly in a night audit or evening role.
- Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness practices.
- Additional language skills.
- First Aid certification.
