Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy WFH Teleperformance Support Technician to join our growing remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a home-based environment and are passionate about providing excellent technical assistance. As a Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues, guiding them through troubleshooting steps, and ensuring a swift resolution. We provide all the necessary home office gear to set you up for success, ensuring you have the tools to deliver top-notch support from day one. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting processes for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists when necessary, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic, professional, and knowledgeable assistance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, service updates, and technical changes to provide the most current support.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve support processes and customer solutions.
- Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
