Job Description
Are you a motivated individual eager to start your career in customer service? Concentrix is actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Freshers to join our team as Service Associate I in St. John’s. This immediate hire position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable professional experience, develop essential communication skills, and contribute to a vibrant team environment. As a Service Associate I, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing outstanding support and resolving inquiries with efficiency and empathy. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues and concerns.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
