Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable 17-year-olds to join our team as Fence Stainers for temporary outdoor manual labor positions. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to gain practical experience, work outdoors, and contribute to enhancing property aesthetics. All necessary tools and safety equipment will be provided. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and work hard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fence surfaces for staining, including cleaning and light sanding.
- Apply stain or sealant to various types of fences using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Ensure even and complete coverage, paying close attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, disposing of materials properly.
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Assist with other outdoor manual labor tasks as needed, such as basic site cleanup.
Required Skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
