Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional AI Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between complex AI technologies and our diverse user base, including developers, researchers, and end-users. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving high-quality technical documentation for our cutting-edge AI products and platforms. This is a high-impact position where your expertise will directly contribute to the usability and adoption of our AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, product managers, and support teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of all documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API references, developer guides, user manuals, FAQs, and release notes for AI/ML products and services.
- Translate complex AI concepts and algorithms into clear, concise, and engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and UX designers to gather information, understand product features, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Design and implement documentation strategies that align with product roadmaps and user needs.
- Conduct thorough reviews and edits of content to ensure grammatical correctness, consistency, and adherence to established style guides.
- Manage documentation through various lifecycle stages, from initial drafts to final publication and ongoing updates.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentation tools, processes, and best practices.
- Provide support to internal and external users by clarifying documentation and assisting with technical inquiries related to AI products.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, specifically in the Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related tech domains.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, terminology, and development workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an impeccable grasp of English grammar and style.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, reStructuredText, Git, Confluence, etc.).
- Experience writing for developer audiences (APIs, SDKs, command-line tools).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.
