Job Description
Join Walmart as a Part-time Gözetmen (Monitor) for weekend warehouse security in our New Port Richey facility. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, monitoring premises, and ensuring the safety of assets and personnel. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the warehouse perimeter and interior to detect and deter unauthorized access.
- Verify the identity of individuals entering and exiting the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel are granted access.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures consistently.
- Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Assist in the investigation of security incidents and provide support to loss prevention teams.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft and ensure a safe working environment.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent observational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing and monitoring systems.
