Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Financial Document Labeler to join our remote administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing, classifying, and labeling a variety of financial documents, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal guidelines. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review and categorize financial documents (e.g., invoices, statements, contracts) according to established guidelines and taxonomies.
- Apply appropriate labels, tags, and metadata to documents within our digital document management system.
- Perform data entry and verification tasks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of document information.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on labeled documents to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors.
- Adhere strictly to data security, privacy protocols, and compliance regulations.

- Maintain a high level of productivity and meet weekly labeling targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and calibration sessions to ensure consistent labeling practices.
