Job Description
Join the Bosch team as an Industrial Packer and contribute to our commitment to excellence! We are seeking dedicated and efficient individuals for a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role with a top hourly rate. As an Industrial Packer, you will be responsible for accurately and safely packaging finished goods, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards and are prepared for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pack finished goods according to specific job orders and packaging instructions.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect products for quality control, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies before packaging.
- Ensure all packed products are correctly labeled and documented for inventory and shipping purposes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading of goods as needed, utilizing appropriate equipment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse packing role.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or barcode scanning.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus).
