Job Description

- Assist with insurance claim processing and resolve basic customer inquiries related to billing.
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and managing patient records with confidentiality.
- Participate in all required training and continuous education programs to enhance pharmacy knowledge and skills.
