Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Weekend Room Service Attendant to join our esteemed 5-star hotel in Wesley Chapel, Florida. This part-time position is crucial for maintaining our high standards of luxury service, ensuring every guest receives an exquisite dining experience in the comfort of their room. You will be responsible for taking orders, preparing trays with precision, delivering meals promptly, and providing polite, attentive service with a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process guest room service orders via phone or in-person, ensuring all details and special requests are noted.
- Carefully prepare and arrange food and beverage items on trays according to 5-star presentation standards.
- Deliver orders to guest rooms efficiently and courteously, announcing arrival and entering with permission.
- Set up dining experiences within guest rooms, ensuring proper placement of silverware, glassware, and condiments.
- Present bills for signature and handle payment transactions with accuracy and discretion.
- Retrieve used trays and dishes from guest rooms and hallways in a timely manner, maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
