Job Description
Join the vibrant team at Hilton Manchester Deansgate as a Hotel Breakfast Buffet Attendant. This role is perfect for early risers who enjoy providing excellent service and appreciate having their afternoons free. You will be instrumental in ensuring our guests start their day with a delightful breakfast experience, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the buffet, and providing prompt and friendly assistance. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are presented attractively and in sufficient quantities.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with any requests or questions regarding breakfast items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, dining room, and service stations throughout breakfast service.
- Monitor food temperatures and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Clear tables and assist with dishwashing as needed, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and juices.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to all inquiries and concerns.
- Break down the buffet and clean the dining area efficiently after breakfast service concludes.
