Job Description
Are you seeking an exciting entry-level opportunity in the luxury service industry? Summit Executive Chauffeur Services is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Professional Black Car Aide. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with no prior experience to learn the intricacies of high-end client service and vehicle management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, supporting our chauffeurs and maintaining our fleet to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assist chauffeurs with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring all vehicles are spotless and fully stocked with amenities.
- Perform detailed cleaning and detailing of black cars, both interior and exterior, to meet luxury service standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of vehicle amenities (water, snacks, newspapers, etc.), restocking as needed.
- Support dispatch and operations by assisting with vehicle preparation and staging for upcoming assignments.
- Provide administrative support as required, including organizing vehicle logs and maintenance schedules.
- Handle client luggage and personal items with care and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with chauffeurs, operations staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or issues promptly to management.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to lift and carry luggage, and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field (not required, but a plus)
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle care and detailing techniques
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance (e.g., checking fluid levels, tire pressure)
