Job Description

This ‘Learn and Earn’ opportunity is designed for aspiring professional drivers with little to no prior experience. We provide paid training, a weekly stipend, and the mentorship you need to obtain your Class A CDL and launch a successful career in transportation. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training sessions.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and developing professional driving skills.
- Complete all assigned coursework and practical driving exercises efficiently.
- Maintain open communication with instructors and program coordinators regarding progress and challenges.
- Prepare for and successfully pass the Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A examination.
Required Skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Willingness to travel for training if required.
