Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Apple App Developer to join our innovative technology team in Wesley Chapel, FL. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to kickstart their career in iOS development and contribute to cutting-edge mobile solutions for our diverse client base. You will work on exciting projects, learning from experienced developers and contributing to the full development lifecycle of iOS applications, focusing on user experience, performance, and the latest Apple technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new features for iOS applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Swift.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Assist in debugging and resolving software defects and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies, frameworks, and development trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional app components.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Swift programming language.
- Familiarity with Xcode IDE.
- Understanding of iOS SDK, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and app lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SwiftUI or UIKit.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
- Understanding of database technologies such as Core Data or Realm.
- Completed personal iOS projects available on GitHub or a portfolio.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
