Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Hospitality All-Rounder to join our team in Green Bay, WI. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy a variety of tasks, playing a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences across different hotel departments. You will be cross-trained and expected to contribute to front desk operations, assist with housekeeping, support food and beverage services, and help with basic maintenance requests, embodying the spirit of comprehensive guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and register guests, process check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Support housekeeping team by refreshing rooms, making beds, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
  • Assist in the breakfast area, including setup, serving, and clearing, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
  • Perform light maintenance duties, such as changing lightbulbs, minor repairs, and reporting larger issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and public areas.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with reservation systems.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (1+ year) in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services in Green Bay, WI.
