Job Description

This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Long Beach, California, or anywhere within the state. You will be the friendly voice and helpful mind guiding users through troubleshooting, answering questions, and ensuring a positive Microsoft experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient virtual support to Microsoft customers via chat, email, and phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft products, including Windows, Office 365, Xbox, and other services.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear, easy-to-understand solutions.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our support system.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to senior support specialists when necessary.
  • Continuously learn about new Microsoft products, services, and support best practices through ongoing training.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service with empathy and professionalism.
